Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Cranberry Capital, Keith is passionate about collaborating with brilliant entrepreneurs to build world class businesses. The idea behind building Cranberry Capital is to bring Venture Capital back to its “roots”, the early days of deep collaboration and partnership between sponsors and management. Frequent and value added interaction is the goal so that management can focus on commercializing paradigm shifting technology. Keith is involved in all aspects of Cranberry Capital alongside his three partners.

Keith currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Sweetwater Energy. Keith sits on the the Board of Directors for Sweetwater Energy, Health Care Originals, Gradiant Corporation and Iron Smoke Whiskey.

Prior to Cranberry Capital, Keith was a member of the Board of Directors for PAETEC Holding Corporation (NASDQ GS: PAET) as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officers for 11 years. Prior to PAETEC, Keith was a Communications & Media Banker for Bank of Boston, NationsBank and Union Bank of California.

In 2008 Keith was a finalist of the Best Finance Executive: American Business Awards (Stevie’s). Also in 2008 Keith received the Pinnacle Award from the Association of Financial Professionals for “Treasury as a Strategic Partner” as well as the Rochester Business Journal Financial Executive of the Year Finalist. Keith is a member of the Rochester Business Journal 40 under 40 class of 2005 and was awarded Chief Financial Officer of the Year in 2010 by the New Jersey Tech Counsel.

Keith received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in Political Science and History and a Master’s Degree in Southeast Asian Studies from the University of Michigan.

Community Boards Keith is currently involved with are the Seneca Park Zoo Society, RPO Fund Inc., Nazareth College and the Allendale-Columbia School. Keith previously served on the Board of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and served as Vice-Chair and Treasurer.
